New User Registration Instructions
NOTE:
Your Company need only complete Steps 1 and 2 once. Go directly to Step 3 if your
Company has already completed Steps 1 and 2.
Step 1
A CSC Client Support Site Access
Agreement must be signed by your Company before your registration can be processed.
Contact CSC's Webmaster to determine if your
Company has already completed this Agreement. If not, you may print the Agreement from
this site, have it signed by an authorized person, send it by
facsimile to CSC, ATTN: Webmaster, at (469) 499-2778 and retain it with other
contracts for your Company.
Step 2
Your Company must designate a Coordinator to serve as a point of contact with
CSC regarding this site. This should include the person's name, title, mailing
address and telephone number (on your Company letterhead), and should be faxed with the
Client Support Site Access Agreement to the CSC Webmaster. Contact via e-mail
CSC's Webmaster
to determine if your company has already provided this information.
Step 3
Complete User ID request via
CyberLife Customer Support Site.   Your registration will be processed promptly.
